Hi Kunal,
Interesting question. Well, I only recently started tweeting to easily find articles that interest me and also to build a following by posting helpful articles myself. Therefore, I am not directly promoting my startup, but in case I think my startup is reaching milestones that my followers might be interested in, I plan to inform them.
Would also be interested to hear what other people think about this question…
